This Service Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Fixxzo and the Service Partner (“Technician”). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to work with Fixxzo as an independent service provider and abide by the terms stated herein.

The Service Partner is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Fixxzo. Fixxzo acts solely as a platform to connect customers with service providers.

The Service Partner agrees to provide services in a professional and honest manner, be punctual and responsive, maintain respectful behavior with customers, and complete assigned work with proper quality and care.

Fixed services shall follow predefined pricing set by Fixxzo. Inspection-based services may require on-site evaluation before final pricing. Payment terms and commission structure (if applicable) will be communicated separately by Fixxzo.

The Service Partner shall not directly contact, solicit, or provide services to customers outside the Fixxzo platform. Any attempt to bypass Fixxzo may result in immediate removal from the platform.

The Service Partner is solely responsible for the quality and completion of the service provided and any damage caused during or after the service. Fixxzo shall not be held liable for any service-related issues, damages, or disputes.

The Service Partner agrees to use the Fixxzo platform honestly, not misuse or share customer data, and follow all guidelines and instructions provided by Fixxzo.

Fixxzo reserves the right to suspend or remove the Service Partner from the platform at any time in case of misconduct, poor performance, or violation of this Agreement.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
